Introducing Roam x Married by Siân

A considered wedding collaboration launching 2027

From 2027, Siân is proud to introduce an exclusive collaboration with Roam Events, welcoming her as an in-house celebrant for Roam Weddings.

This partnership brings together two deeply aligned approaches to weddings: thoughtfully designed spaces and ceremonies that are personal, intentional, and grounded in meaning. Together, Roam and Siân offer couples a seamless experience from the atmosphere that surrounds them, to the words that mark the beginning of their marriage.

Known for her calm presence, warm storytelling and modern approach to ceremony, Siân creates celebrations that feel natural, relaxed and genuinely reflective of the people at the centre of them. Her ceremonies are grounded in connection, shaped by each couple’s values, and held with care for the moment and the people sharing it.

Through this collaboration, couples booking a Friday or Saturday Roam Wedding will have exclusive access to Siân as their celebrant, ensuring a cohesive experience where styling, flow and ceremony are considered together rather than as separate elements.

“Roam is about creating spaces that feel intentional and personal, and that’s exactly how I approach ceremony” says Siân. “To be able to work closely together from the beginning allows us to create weddings that feel beautifully aligned and deeply meaningful.”

The Roam x Married by Sian collaboration will be available for Friday and Saturday Roam Weddings from 2027 onwards, with limited availability each season to ensure every couple receives a truly considered and personal experience.

Why Choose This Approach

Recently my work as a celebrant has grown alongside my work with Roam Events. More and more of my time is spent behind the scenes planning, styling, problem-solving, and holding space for couples as part of the Roam team. It’s work I care deeply about, and it’s work that requires presence, energy, and attention.

2025 was a big year for me and my whānau. It prompted some important reflection about how we spend our time, how we support one another, and how we protect space for being together. Like many families, we’ve been evaluating all the ways we can be more intentional, especially when it comes to weekends, and keeping that time precious.

By choosing to reserve Fridays and Saturdays exclusively for Roam Weddings, I’m able to use my time more intentionally. These are the days when most weddings take place, and by focusing my celebrant work within Roam on these days, I can fully show up for the couples we’re working with creatively, emotionally, and practically.

This structure allows me to put my whole heart into the Roam weddings we’ve committed to, without splitting my energy across multiple roles or competing commitments. It means I can be deeply involved in the planning process, attentive to the flow of the day, and fully present during the ceremony itself.

It also creates space for balance. By keeping Sunday–Thursday open for non-Roam ceremonies, I can continue to work with couples outside of Roam, while protecting the energy needed to deliver a thoughtful, calm, and grounded experience for every wedding I’m part of.

At its core, this decision is about care. Care for couples, care for the work, and care for my whānau. Weddings deserve presence, not pressure. This approach allows me to offer ceremonies with the time, creativity, and intention they truly deserve, while honouring the people closest to me.
